Radio 92.9 and the Department of Conservation and Recreation are working together on the planning of the 17th Annual Radio 92.9 EarthFest. The event will be held on Saturday, May 22nd at the Hatch Shell in Boston.
The Radio 92.9 EarthFest will feature major national musical talent (to be announced soon), as well as regional and national environmental groups and agencies. Attendance for this event is expected to be over 100,000. Therefore, the Radio 92.9 EarthFest provides and excellent outlet for your organization!
As has been the case in years past, there will be a nominal fee to help underwrite the expenses of the exhibit areas. If you wish to apply for exhibit space, please download and complete the application below and mail a $400 check payable to Radio 92.9, 55 Morrissey Blvd, Boston, MA 02125, Attention: Jason Rossi. This year’s application deadline is April 23rd and will be strictly enforced.
Exhibit areas will be designated along the Esplanade allowing the audience to participate and discover how individuals and businesses can work together to be more environmentally sound. Each approved group will receive an 8-foot tented exhibit space and table. Radio 92.9 continues to increase our attention to children and asking groups to consider incorporating children’s activities and programming in your exhibit.
Please note that Radio 92.9 and the D.C.R. reserve the right to determine the eligibility of each environmental organization to exhibit at the event. Space is limited and priority will be given to those organizations that best demonstrate a capacity to exhibit within these guidelines. We will try to accommodate as many groups as possible but this is only an application and not a guarantee of exhibit space. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call Jason Rossi at 617-822-6750.
Thank you for your interest in the Radio 92.9 EarthFest. Your participation as an exhibitor will be confirmed the week of May 3rd.
