Richard Chudy is a professionally-trained chef who co-owns a personal chef and catering business in Boston called The Skinny Beet. He has cooked for Ashley Judd and Henry Louis Gates, among others. He hates the term “foodie,” but embraces the fact that he is a food snob. He is a purist when it comes to burgers—keep it simple, season it properly and he’ll be happy. Easier said than done. He is available to answer all your cooking questions and needs.

Richard is the Chief Burger Blogger for Jason's Burger Club. He'll be joining us at some of Radio 92.9's "Meat Ups" to taste all kinds of burgers around Boston, so come on down and meet the Boston Burger Blogger!
